For most umbrella strollers
Attach top narrow strap to the base of the handle.
Attach bottom narrow strap to the vertical frame bar.
Wrap straps as tightly as possible to prevent shifting.
Trim straps if necessary for a tighter fit.

Attach wide vertical strap to diagonal frame bar, keeping buggy cup
in a vertical position.
Attach bottom narrow strap to secondary diagonal or vertical frame bar.
Remove top narrow strap as it is not needed.

in a vertical position.
